Hello world, my name is Florian Guggenberger and this is my work showcase. You will find projects that I have worked on such as 3D Animations, Games, Sound Designs and 3D Art.

Shady Eater
Shady Eater is a small game where you play as a thieve that has to steal the cookie on the pedal without getting cought by the guards. This game includes 3 levels. 
In this Game I took on the challange to be responsible for the sound design of the game and development of a background story and the script for the "Cookiepedia" - a book where you can find collected cookies with a real cookie recipe.
Virtual Bake Off - VR Game 
Virtual Bake Off is a small indie game where you have to do certain task to receive items that you will need to bake the cake, which is the objective of this game. I was responsible for the code to work with the VR Glasses and made the AI for the chickens as well as the enviroment design and sounds.
Colorless
Colorless is set in a gray dream world within the memories of a young child who was taught to suppress their own feelings.
The reason for this can be found in the story behind the characters, which deals with war and relationships with one another.
Explore the setting, interact with various objects and solve puzzles to further uncover the story while bringing back all the colors to escape the dream world. My part was to create the music and the sounds for the game as Lead Sound/Audio Designer in Unity
I was responsible for the voice edit, the recording of the voicelines and the sounds. The challenge this time was to mix and compress the sounds and compose music for each rooms to create tension. We used Audition and FL Studio to edit the sound effects and to create the music. We choose to create a Sound Managment System within Unity and used the the in built  sound system what was totally suffiecient for this project.

Project Ball Game - Unreal Engine
This is a small project that we created in my university course. It was my first introduction to the Unreal Engine Blueprint System and how to work within UE. Goal of this game is to shoot a certain amount of moving cubes with the ball. You can choose beetween teleporting and walking and also change variables like cube size and cube speed.

Within my stay at Staffordshire University, we have learned how to design game mechanics that are fun and engaging for th player. We again utilized the blueprint system from the Unreal Engine to create our own levels and games. Main core part of the project was to come up with game design ideas and go through the steps of creating a game including Playtesting, bugfixing and designing.

Lost in Memories - 3D Animation Project
Lost in Memories was a 3D Short movie that I have worked on as a Lead Animator, Shading Artist and Sound Designer. The Story revolves around a father who lost his daughter and has to face the consequences of grief. The project was first shown at the Semesterproject Show SS23 at the University of Applied Sciences Hagenberg

HiddenSky - AnimationJam

HiddenSky tells a story between a robot and a orphan girl. She discoveres the robot and repairs him. Together they set out on a journey to the lands of a long forgotten civilisation hidden in the sky.  This Animation was created in the Hagenberg Animation Jam 2023. My team opted for a 2D/3D Style Animation where my task was to create the City Skylines and edit sounds and audio.

Franzi, the Weißwurst, was given to me as an assignment in my university course. This Character has received all the neccessary bones and switches to make him fully animatable. From Face to belly to foot, you can position his pose to your liking.

This is an official KTM Model that we received in the SPECIAL TOPICS in 3D course in my University. We would be allowed to display and work on a Rig for the motorbike. We received permission to share this RIG for portfolio purposes according to the signed contract.
